It’s amazing how cleaning your carpet can make you feel so good. Spring is the air and so is the spring cleaning bug. Get the whole family involved. Clean out your closet’s, your garage and rack up a little good karma when you donate it to charity. If your like me with a house full of kids then don’t stress if you can’t do it all at one time. Here’s a few pointers to help you out

* Tackle a room at a time, or drawer or closet
* Set a timer for thirty minutes and just get it done..when the timer goes off your done for the day
* Start with the easy stuff. You will feel good and it will motivate you to go after that closet that you have avoided for the past ten years.
* Get the kids involved. Let them decide what toys to keep and which ones to give away (unless they want to keep all their toys).
* If you have not used it in a year then it’s safe to say give it away.

The most important thing here is just get started. A little bit everyday will add up.

Quickly, off the top of your head, write down your top 10 reasons why you don’t have all the money, love, health and well-being you desire in your life right now.

Fold this little list in half and put it away for now.  We’ll get back to it later.

Today I want to talk to you about creating more money, love, health and wellness in your life.  I’m shooting straight from the hip here.  This is a real lesson in prosperity so don’t read this if you don’t have the time to really think about making your life better.

There are three key steps to creating what you want in your life:

In order to get what you want you have to:

1.  Know what you want.
2.  Believe you can create it.
3. Take guided action to create it.

Today I am also going to discuss two important laws of creation:

The Law of Focused Success:  Where you put your energy and attention is where you get growth.  What you focus on, think about and spend your time on gets bigger.

The Law of Attraction:  Like attracts like.  All the things, experiences and people in your life are in your life because they are a vibrational match to your thoughts, beliefs and emotions. 

In other words, everything you see, hear, smell, touch and taste is simply a projection of your beliefs, thoughts and emotions.  And those experiences and people are a part of your life because they are your vibrational match. 

The bad news is that you are responsible for creating your own reality.  Go back to your list of reasons why you don’t have what you want in your life right now.

Can you see how your Top Ten list has deeply influenced your life creations?  How much time, energy and attention have you given this list? 

But wait, there’s good news!  If you create your life experiences and you don’t like your life right now, you can change it for the better!

All of our experiences have a purpose. Learning to see things from the soul’s perspective can help us heal our past and start moving forward in love and away from fear.

Try this:

1. Think about a past hurtful experience that may have caused you fear or doubt. 

2.  Accept the experiences and your feelings about it.  Allow yourself to feel your emotions, and own them without judgment.

3.  Accept the consequences of your actions. Realize that at the time you were viewing things through your perception at the time, and fear may have played a role in your actions.

4. Retell the story from the souls perspective. Look at what you learned from this, and how you learned to handle the situation differently.

5. Forgive yourself and those involved, and release all fear about the situation.

Let go. Why do you cling to pain? There is nothing
you can do about the wrongs of yesterday. It is
not yours to judge. Why hold on to the very thing,
which keeps you from hope and love?–Leo Buscaglia

1. Read: Read any and everything you can get your hands. Devour magazines, newspapers, websites, and journals, but keep it positive. Avoid anything that’s just going to cause you to slip into a black whole. Instead read stuff that will inspire, motivate, and generally put you in a good mood.
2. Listen to Music: If it makes you want to sing, dance, or just feel good then listen to it. Classical music is also a great way to soothe your senses and help boost creativity. Here again if it makes you feel good then turn it up.
3. Enjoy the Silence: Not taking time for yourself can really hinder your creativity, so take some time every day to just sit in silence. Meditate, breathe, and just be for five minutes a day. Stress is one the greatest hindrances when it comes to accessing your creativity. So take some time everyday to unwind and relax, it’s not only good for your creative mind, but for your physical body as well.
4. Look to Nature: Go outside and enjoy the beauty of nature. Take a walk in a park, go to the beach, or go play outside with your kids. Sometimes a little fresh air is all you need to get the creative juices flowing.
5. Keep a journal: Don’t just use a pen to write. Cut out pictures to express your emotions. Draw pictures or use stickers. Get out the kids watercolor set, and paint out your day or your to do list.

Dry spells are normal from time to time, but it’s good to know a creativity surge could just as well be commonplace. Ideas are everywhere. It’s just a matter of learning how to tap into what turns your creative mind on, and what keeps it going. So go find some inspiration today.
